How will I know?

In relation to your career: If you have tried to get to where you want to be, but you are not there, or anywhere close.

In relation to your mindset: If your thoughts/feelings are simply holding you back, continuously.

If this is you, then you could probably do with some help!

If you think you could benefit from some support and encouragement to assist with your personal growth, and in particular to try to achieve an objective (or specific development of certain areas/issues), through sessions that are structured and regular, then this could be a great decision for you.

Coaching is for you if you:

  • have a fierce desire to learn and grow;
  • want to be better than you are now;
  • want to reach your potential sooner rather than later; and
  • you’re willing to invest in yourself to create the life you want to live.

A bit about Coaching

Coaching isn’t just for sports. It isn’t about pushing you to the limit. Career and Mindset Coaching is seen as the process of trying to unlock the potential you have and make you realize that you can do more, you can be more and you can have more — if you want.

The International Coach Federation defines Coaching as:

“partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

Some think that having a Coach is a weakness, as you recognize that you need help from someone else, to deal with something that you just can’t work out on your own.

Even the most successful people will make clear that they have had multiple coaches and coaching sessions (whether formally/informally) over the years, to get to where they are now.

Some issues that a Coach could resolve

Coachees (ie. the people being coached) can benefit from having a Coach, to deal with some of the following problems:

· Stress / being overwhelmed

· Being unfulfilled

· De-motivation

· Unhappiness

· Lack of confidence

· Resilience

· Productivity

· Work/life balance

· Career Development / Leadership / Management

· Overcoming obstacles

· Conflicts and more

How a Coach could get you results

If you are enrolled in the Tor’s Law Career Coaching Program, I hope to get you to a place where you are:

· Happy

· Confident

· Breaking down barriers

· Starting the day excited for the day ahead

· Ending the day with satisfaction

· Inspired

· Motivated

· Unlocking your potential and having fun along the way

The Coach’s role is as follows:

· Tasking you;

· Holding up a mirror; and

· Challenging you.

You may / may not wish to move job role — it actually doesn’t matter what you aim to do, or where you aim to be. As a Coach, I can help you try to get from point A to point B (whatever your point A and B is!), faster than you could on your own. My training has equipped me with tools that I would love to share to help you too!

The Coaching sessions

A safe environment to discuss ideas freely is essential. But most of all, the more honest and open you are, the more likely it is that you will benefit.

You can usually choose a flexible arrangement for your short-term journey, but you can schedule in more sessions if you need to.

Along the way, the Coach can try to deal with your untrue limiting assumptions — by trying to ascertain what they are and trying to remove them. This is human development, and again, it’s not just about sports.

There really is no limit to what you can choose to do.

Sometimes just having a strategy in place and something to work towards can really focus your mind and that is such a great thing. At Tor’s Law, the aim is to get you what you want!

Why Coaching is so great

With my clients, I have seen amazing results — from dream job offers to increased self-confidence which has led to multiple opportunities and so much happiness — it’s been great! It’s all about looking forwards and working towards goals, whilst being you.

Being Coached is so amazing and it has been life-changing. I just want to share what my Coaches have taught me (and what I have learnt during my Coaching training), with you guys. If you take a step now, then you can positively change the rest of your life, so be brave and reach out.

If you are willing to invest in your own self-improvement, then a Coaching Program could really benefit you. If finances are a problem at the moment, maybe speaking to your employer to get them to invest in you, could be a great idea!

If you would like some inspiration and support, then sign up to the Tor’s Law Coaching Program — I would love to hear from you! Please send an email to info@torslaw.com, with your full name and contact details and I can get you scheduled in for a FREE discovery call to explore how I can help you.

Lotsa Happiness Sprinkles to you!
